cancellations and refunds
A 50% non-refundable retainer payment is required for all custom bookings. A $550 non-refundable retainer payment is required for all semi-custom bookings. The remaining payment is due at the time of production. The retainer covers our time working on your designs as well as the value of the reservation in our schedule. Our schedule books up every year, so if we reserve a date for you, we are forfeiting other potential business. For this reason, retainer payments are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your order before printing, further payment is not required as long as no other design services have been added to your package. If the suite has been sent to production, no refunds will be issued.
